Delivery & Returns



As a handmade business, occasionally our items need to be made before we can dispatch. Our current turnaround times are 3-5 working days until dispatch.


All of our items are sent either via Royal Mail using a standard parcel service, offering first and second class options or via a standard courier 48 service. If you would like your order sent using a signed for a recorded service, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a quotation for this. We don't add any commission to our delivery charges, only the cost to us plus the cost of packaging.

International Orders

We are currently in the process of adding international delivery to our website. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us at and we will provide a quotation for you.


Even though we think our products are fab, occasionally you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us within 7 calendar days by emailing us at, stating your name, order number and your reason for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Damaged Items

If your item was received damaged during delivery, it is your responsibility for claiming compensation from Royal Mail directly (Maximum claim of £20).

Faulty Items

Firstly, we'd like to offer our sincere apologies if your item has become faulty.  It doesn't happen often, but when it does, we know how frustrating it can be, and we'd like to help you settle your claim as soon as possible.

For us to be able to process your claim quickly, please email us at with all the following information:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Date you received your order
  3. Product name of faulty Item
  4. Description of fault
  5. Images/videos illustrating the damage (required)

All claims are responded to within 24-48 working hours. If you have not received a reply within this time, please contact us to verify the receipt of your claim.
